The sea inside me

The composition of elements in seawater is similar to human cell liquid. It contains all essential minerals and trace elements you need for a healthy and vital skin. The minerals like iodine, magnesium, selenium and strontium are existent in bio-available form what makes them penetrate through the epidermis. In the epidermis they develop their essential functions.

The dissolved sodium, potassium and chloride ions enhance the skin's barrier function, selenium and sulfate compounds increase the resistance against oxidative stress by free radicals and constrain inflammation triggers.

Ocean freshness that shows in your complexion. The baltic touch.

The ocean - An oasis of health

In the past - some 2000 years ago - the greek physician Hippokrates discovered the incredible properties of marine substances. He wrote in his ancient papers: "The person who knows how to discover and use the treasures of the sea will find food and good health. All life raised from the sea and who opens up to the sea will find stimulation and wellness."

The french biologist René Quinton discovered in 1897 the analogy between the mineral composition of seawater and the human blood plasma. He describes very impressively this close relation between man and the ocean: "Our body is a seawater tank in which lave some billion cells." For that reason our body can uptake and utilize substances from the sea very well.
