As is well known, beauty also comes from within! The wellness tea consists of lemon balm, spearmint, lemongrass and laminaria algae. It has a refreshing and purifying effect. Contains iodide.

Pour up to one litre of boiling water over 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 1.5 g) of tea and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
A hot recommendation: Enjoy the tea while you apply a mask or cream - pure relaxation and well-being!
Note: Caution with iodine intolerance or thyroid problems. 0.5 litres of tea prepared as described above corresponds to the recommended daily dose of iodine (0.2 mg). Do not drink more than 1 litre per day (max. daily dose of iodine: 0.5 mg)!
