For deliveries to non-EU countries, we declare the delivery with description of contents and value. All possible customs and import fees are to be paid by the recipient. National import regulations for the respective products are to be observed by the customer.
We assume no responsibility for the conformity of our products with national directives and regulations outside the EU.

Delivery periods

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 2-4 days in Germany (Germany), for deliveries to other European countries within 5 - 10 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Accepted payment methods

Cash payment on collection

If you wish to collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the possible collection times (usually Monday-Friday 9:00-15:00 at Tiessenkai 12 in Kiel-Holtenau). The invoice amount can be paid in cash or by EC card.

Prepayment by bank transfer

You simply pay in advance and after receipt of payment the goods will be delivered comfortably and cheaply to your home. Please transfer the outstanding amount within 14 days to the account stated below, otherwise your order will be forfeited. The goods will be dispatched immediately after receipt of payment. On average, a bank transfer takes up to 2 working days.

Payment by SEPA direct debit

By entering your account details, you give us permission to debit the order amount from your account. The direct debit is automatic, you don't have to do anything else. Here you can find the form for the SEPA direct debit mandate.

Payment by credit card

Please enter your details in the fields provided and pay easily with your credit card (MasterMaestroCard, Visa or American Express). Refunds for returns will also be made via this payment method.

Payment via PayPal

You can pay directly with PayPal when placing your order: After selecting this payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal. There you can complete your order with the PayPal payment. The invoice will be enclosed with the delivery.

Payment by invoice (via Klarna)

If you choose Klarna: Pay Later as payment method, you pay with a due date of 30 days from the dispatch of the goods. We assign our claim to Klarna Bank AB ("Klarna"). Klarna sends you a payment instruction and you pay your order directly to Klarna. You pay only after you have received the goods: You shop relaxed, complete your order and check the products at home. Our invoice is sent either by e-mail, separately by post or together with the goods and only serves as a receipt.

Payment by giropay

Select "giropay login" when paying with giropay in the online shop. Then log in with your username and password and confirm the payment. The money will be debited directly from your current account and we can dispatch the goods as quickly as possible.

Payment via Apple Pay

Select the "Apple Pay" button to pay. Check that the payment information displayed is correct. If necessary, you can change the credit card, the delivery address and the contact information. Authenticate the transaction with the iPhone on file.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days when paying by invoice. At the customer's request, which must be stated in the order form, we will also deliver the goods against payment at our business premises in Kiel, Tiessenkai 12.
If you pay by SEPA direct debit or SEPA company direct debit, you authorise us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of the direct debit. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in your account on the announced date.
If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
